John worked 18-hour days as a full-time employee building his freelance portfolio on the side. Six years later and with four businesses and counting, John’s enjoying a comfortable working week with plenty of time left over for his young family.
He chats to Steve about how he’s developed standard processes that allow him to delegate easily to the team within his agency.
